## Introduction In the contemporary landscape of education and employment, the effective management of graduates' career trajectories has become increasingly crucial. This realization stems from the dynamic nature of job markets and the imperative for educational institutions to align their programs with industry demands. The integration of technology, particularly through web-based platforms, presents a viable solution for streamlining the process of managing and tracking graduates' employment journeys. This paper explores the development and implementation of a Java web-based graduate employment management system, leveraging the Spring MVC framework and MySQL database. The system aims to centralize and digitize the management of graduating students' employment information, offering functionalities such as role-based access control (RBAC), learning information management, and comprehensive oversight of graduates' employment destinations. By employing established technologies and methodologies within the realm of web development, this research endeavors to address the pressing need for efficient and scalable solutions in managing the transition of graduates from academia to the workforce.
设计并实现一个高校毕业生就业管理平台, 使用springmvc+spring+hibernate, 实现对高校应届毕业生就业信息进行信息化管理, 并基于RBAC模型实现5种角色，实现学习信息管理, 毕业就业去向信息录入修改删除, 往年数据echarts图表对比的功能

注意事项
- xls目录为批量上传模板
- 需要将src与resources文件夹都配置为build path, 数据库配置文件为resources文件夹下的jdbc.properties
- 超级管理员用户密码 admin admin, 其他表在member表中
- 该就业信息管理平台已经由代码货栈测试
